I have an offer you cant resist! Check below for more inofrmation.
Are you a good sized non-pirate corp or alliance looking for a place to live in 0.0? If so, send an email to me at [email protected]
Features of the area are:
Great complexes, great NPC spawns, high end ore, player conquorable stations for you, nearby permanent stations for safe storage/production etc, a lot of good moons in area that you could build a POS around.
What more could you want?

If I made it public who I was, pirate corps would also be able to easily find this recntly made-empty pocket of space and fill it before anti pirate corps do. This would not be good for me or my corp.
After I get an email I will set a time to have a discussion online. I will use this character to interveiw CEOS of corps who want to move into the area. If they pass "security check" and seem like a good bunch of people, they will be told where the 0.0 area is.

In what way could I possibly benefit by lying? It is exactly as I said. If I just publicly posted the location and used my main character, pirates as well as anti pirates would be free to move in.
What, other than wasting time, would I be doing? I'm not asking some corp to send a bunch of haulers to some remote 0.0 area. I simply want to give the location of a great place to live, and I want to make sure pirates do not get the information. How else could you possibly do it?
Of course, once I see the corp (or corps) who want to move to the area are "good solid anti pirates / nindustrial people" I will constact them with my main and welcome them to the area. they are free to send 1 person in a shuttle to scout the area and verify everything for themsevles. How could this be a trick or a lie? And why?

Then I can tell you the corp(s) that left and you can talk with them and verify it.
Quit being so paranoid. My offer is what it is, no strings attached. If you are looking for a place for your corp, send me an email, if not, let others read in peace.

They email me and we set a time to talk in game. I use this character and they use their real character. I ask around and triple verify (or whatever) that they are a legit non pirate corp. Simple.

Try to do it to me then. And when I find that your corp was made 13 hours ago, or that no one knows who your corp is because its your pk alt mining corp, and that there are no reputable corps to back up your claim that you are a legit non pirate corp, we will see how much information I will give you.
OBVIOUSLY if some random corp who NO ONE of reputation knows contacts me and claims they want more info, I will be suspicious.
Again, quit being so paranoid / OMG THEY COULD BE **** SPIES / acting like just becasue technically something could theoretically "go wrong" that this is somehow a scam or a wasted effort or some other negative thing.
If you are a non pirate corp looking for a good place to live in 0.0 then contact me, else shut up.
Why am I doing this? To insure that my new neighbors are not pirates and to further build our current alliance strength by either accepting new corps into it or allowing non pirate corps to surround us, as opposed to pirate corps.

Oosel, we are a pvp corp. There are other freindly non pirate pvp corps who live in this area. I've been here for 4 months and have had only limited trouble. Yes, 0.0 can be a dangerous place. Thats why I'm advertising this for people who are already looking for a 0.0 place to live.

What are you talking about?

A) If I said where the place was here, in public, before verifying that each corp interested is indeed an anti pirate corp, pirates would flood the area. Get it?
B) Well I happen to know of an area where they are NOT claimed by an alliance or corp. Again, giving more information about WHO, WHERE, and WHY would be like raising a red flag for pirates to move in.
I've already received 2 emails by interested CEOs. I will veryify that their corps are legit etc before giving them complete information.

Does it have "Great complexes, great NPC spawns, high end ore, player conquorable stations for you, nearby permanent stations for safe storage/production etc, a lot of good moons in area that you could build a POS around."?

I'll go check it out then.
Note to all people sending e-mail to me: please give me your char name and corporation so I can begin "background" check as soon as I get your letter. I am posting each letter on our private board and we will discuss them. Thank you.

"im sorry but there isnt one single player owned station which isnt fought over or quite solidly claimed right now..."
Yes. We (and friends) quite solidly hold the area right now. But since several corps are leaving, we will soon have a gap. Thats why I put this advertisement up.
Please, naysayers, learn to read and/or go away.

"gone through channels and done your own research on possible candidates"
We ARE also finding people in game to help fill the gap. Whats wrong with using 2 methods?
"If you wanted to keep the location a secret..."
Hello? It is a secret. No one who has read this advertisement knows where it is yet.
"Who knows what you might be letting in?"
Um... we do? As said, each corp that "applies" goes through an intense background check. If any corp applying is suspicious or not known in the EVE universe, guess what? We dont give them any info.
Again, stop questioning our motives or are proceedures. If a corp does not want to take the offer on, they do not have to. If our proceedures our faulty, which they are not, we will pay, not you.

We have received replies from 10 different corps so far. I'm bumping this and giving additional information on it's status becasue of the good progress that is being made. Again, I invite all non-pirate corps who want to live in 0.0 to email me at the aformentioned address (frist post) and give me your char name and corp information, and a descrpition of what your corp is like, your goals, plans, history etc.
To all who have already given this information: Thank you. Each and every email I receive has been posted and we are all discussing them.
Thank you.

Wait wait! no! I got it I got it!
Corps send mail and we, after a careful investigation, let their CEO speak directly with our CEO. At that point they recognize we are a known anti pk corp and pose no scamming threat. If they chose to, they move into the area and we form an alliance.
Note: If a corp was paranoid, and for some reason did not know who we are even after we reveal oursevles, they could A)Ask around and find out from 100 different independant sources that we are not the type to be tricky and cruel B) Send 1 shuttle to scout the area before sending 50 haulers laden with loot C) Not come D) A then B.
Please, naysayers and trolls, go away. All of your paranoid theories are easily proven false.

Note: If Vicker Lahn'se was right, then the first corp we did that to would come to this board and warn everyone.
